Important registration information

Due to the need to perform pre-medical tests for most patients (anthropometric measurements, hearing tests, spirometry, blood tests, etc.) and additional specialist examinations depending on the type of work, telephone registration for the occupational health physician is not possible.

Please come in person to the registration desk with a referral completed by your employer.
You will receive an appointment date with the occupational health physician.
