When you can use the service:

  • sudden deterioration of health outside POZ (primary care clinic) working hours
  • infections, fever, pain
  • when the condition does not require immediate help from the Emergency Department (SOR)

When to call an ambulance / go to the Emergency Department (SOR):

  • life-threatening condition
  • loss of consciousness
  • serious injuries
  • severe chest pain

  • services are free of charge under the National Health Fund (NFZ)
  • no referral is required
  • you can seek care regardless of your place of residence
